摘要
农民工培训旨在提高农民工的就业技能和职业胜任力,除非所学知识技能在工作岗位上得到迁移运用,并以某种形式转化为工作绩效,否则培训投入所产生的实效性将大打折扣。因此,培训迁移对农民工培训实效性的实现与提高至关重要。影响农民工培训迁移行为发生的因素包括培训内容、师资水平、培训方式、个体对知识的掌握程度和后续支持等方方面面,存在于培训前、培训中到培训后的整个过程。为促进培训迁移的发生,应当切实做到按需施训、突出技能训练、做好训后支持服务工作等,以最大程度提高农民工培训的实效性。
The training of migrant workers aims to improve the employment skills and professional competence of migrant workers,unless the knowledge and skills obtained are used and translated into work performance in some form,otherwise the effectiveness of the training inputs generated will be greatly reduced.And so,the training transfer is a key determinant of the effectiveness of the training for migrant workers.The factors that affect the training transfer of migrant workers include training content,quality of teachers,training methods,the degree of mastery of knowledge by individuals and follow-up supporting,which exists in the whole process of training before,during training,and after training.In order to promote training transfer,we should implement training according to requirements,strengthen skills training and do a good job of support after training,so as to improve the effectiveness of the training of migrant workers to the greatest extent.
