基于突变级数法和动态模型的区域企业柔性评价

Regional Enterprises Flexibility Evaluation Based on Catastrophe Progression and Dynamic Model

根据创新型企业特点,将创新型企业的企业柔性分为治理柔性、创新柔性、财务柔性和经营柔性四个方面。以2007—2014年208家国家级创新型企业为样本,基于突变级数法及动态模型,分别从静态和动态两方面,对我国区域创新型企业的企业柔性进行全面综合评价。实证结果表明:我国创新型企业的企业柔性水平整体较高,能够有效应对内外部环境所带来的不确定性影响,但区域发展不均衡问题较为突出。其中,东部经济区企业柔性高于全国平均水平,但增长速度不足;中部经济区企业柔性稳定性较强,但部分省份出现负增长趋势;西部经济区企业柔性较弱,且动态发展趋势差异较大。

According to the characteristics of innovative enterprises, the flexibility of innovative companies can be divided into four aspects： Governance flexibility, innovation flexibility, financial flexibility and operation flexibility Combining with static and dynamic model, this paper used the data of 226 national innovative enterprises from 2007 to 2014 to comprehensive evaluated the flexibility of Chinese regional innovative enterprises based on catastrophe progression and dynamic model. The empirical results show that Chinese enterprises have a high flexibility generally. It means that the enterprises can deal with uncertainty influence from intemal and external environment effectively. But enterprises flexibility in different regions has huge differences. First, it is higher in eastern economic zone than the national average level, but it grows slowly. Second, it keeps stability in central economic zone, but some provinces present a negative growth trend. Third, western economic zone presents a low flexibility; mean- while the dynamic development trend has large differences between different provinces
