摘要
将区域创新生产活动分为技术投入开发和成果转化两个阶段,利用DAG方法考察高技术产业技术跨区域扩散效应,提出技术扩散经济空间权重矩阵,建立空间面板杜宾模型,研究3种类型的区域高技术产业集聚(专业化、多样化和互补性)对区域创新技术开发和成果转化两阶段的影响差异。结果表明:我国西部地区经济中心技术辐射作用加强,东中部地区技术交流密切;专业化、多样化分别抑制、促进了高技术产业区域创新活动,互补性不能有效增加企业创新生产的倾向;从价值链视角看,区域创新投入开发阶段比成果转化阶段更具有空间依赖性,但创新投入开发阶段缺乏产业市场化的引导,存在技术扩散障碍,有进一步改善的空间。
In this paper, we divide the regional innovative process into two stages: The knowledge input innovation and product output innovation. By building the DAG model of the diffusion effect of technology innovation across the region and proposing a new technology diffusion economic weight matrix, the paper empirically study the specialized, diversified and complementary industrial agglomeration effects on regional innovation process with the panel data in 1998-2014, and calculate the factors influencing productivity of China's regional high technology industry with spatial panel econometric. The results show the radiation effect of economic center in western region strengthen the innovation strength, and eastern and central regions have a close relationship with each other playing a supporting role on regional innovation. Besides, diversified industrial agglomeration promotes the high technology regional innovation activities, but for specialized industrial agglomeration. Complementary industrial ag- glomeration cannot effectively increase the tendency of the innovative value chain, compare with product of enterprise innovation and production. From the perspective output innovation, the knowledge input innovation has spatial dependence but lack of industrial production guiding ideology and the development direction existing technical diffusion barriers to overcoming
