摘要
直接加热式自耗电极电弧炉在熔炼过程中碳棒电极会被不断消耗,需要设计一种自动调整碳棒电极与矿物接触位置的电极夹持起重机构。文中先给出结构方案并对传动丝杠进行设计,在Pro/E中建立悬臂式起重机三维模型并装配出整体机构。考虑丝杠构件驱动电极夹持悬臂上下移动,用柔性体替代刚体进行分析,以模仿真实运动情况。利用ABAQUS做模态分析,导出MNF文件到ADAMS中,建立机构的刚柔耦合模型。动力学分析输出丝杠的螺旋副受力、电极夹持悬臂实际位移、显示传动丝杠集中应力节点位置。将刚体丝杠与柔性体丝杠的刚柔耦合综合分析结果进行对比,对避免螺旋传动失效,整体机构设计进一步优化,提供了可靠依据。
Carbon electrode is constantly consumption in the process of smelting by using the consumable electrode arc furnace.So designs a mechanism that clamping electrode and adjust the carbon electrode position to contact with mineral location automatically is necessary. First of all, the structure was determined and the turn-screwwas designed, then the 3D modeling of crane and assemble the whole organization was established with Pro/E. Consider turn-screw driving the electrode moving with cantilever component up and down, flexible body was used to replace rigid body for analysis to imitate the true motion. ABAQUS wasused to domodal analysis, and MNF file was exportedfor ADAMS,then the organization of the coupled dynamics model is established. The stress of turn-screw, electrode actual displacement of cantilever, turn-screw node location of stress concentration was acquired by dynamicsanalysis.Compared the results of the comprehensive analysis of rigid screw and flexible body screw, a reliable foundation to avoid screw transmission disabled and beneficial for perfective optimal design was provided.
