摘要
产品开发过程中常用的单阶段并行迭代模型要求所有任务并行执行,该要求在实际生产中难以实现。针对这一问题,将单阶段迭代模型与多阶段任务分配思想结合,构建二阶段迭代模型。研究求解该模型的资源最优化配置方法,以得到各任务小组的任务阶段和资源分配的最优化配置情况。将该二阶段迭代模型与资源最优化配置方法运用于某智能割草机的开发中,减少了开发过程所需的时间,从而验证了该模型的有效性。
The single phase parallel iteration model which is commonly used in the product development process requires that all tasks are in parallel execution, and the requirement is difficult to implement in practical production. Aiming at this problem, the single phase iteration model was combined with the multi-stage tasks method, and then two-stage iterative model was established. In order to figure out the optimization allocation of each task group′s task phase and the allocation of resources, the resource optimization configuration method to solve the model is researched. The two-stage iteration model and the resource optimization configuration method are applied to the development of an intelligent lawn mower, so the time needed for development is reduced, and the validity of the model is verified.
