摘要
选取某高速印刷机机构为研究对象,在满足许用压力角的前提下,取摇杆初位角θ50某一值,发现揭示其存在对应的最小机架长度l_(0min),继而经搜索解得最优初位角θ_(50)~*与l_(0min)取值域[l_(0min)~*,+∞)。据此,分析了不同许用压力角下,l_(0min),r_0~*与θ50的关系,进而得到谷底点和脊线{O~*}的客观存在性等。研究成果丰富和深化了对该类型机构的理解和认识,对尺寸分析综合与优化和设计最优新尺寸机构都具有重要的参考价值和指导意义。
By taking a high speed printing machine as an example, findings reveal the existence of a corresponding minimum rack length l_(0min)when an appropriate initial angle of rocker θ_(50) is given, on condition that pressure angle is satisfied, whereby search solve for the optimal initial angle θ_(50)~*, and l_(0min)value domain [l_(0min)~*, +∞). On these bases, relationship of l_(0min), r_0~*and θ_(50) were analyzed in different allowable pressure angles. Then ′ bottom point′ and the objective existence of the ′ ridge line {O~*}′were described. The preceding study enriches and expands the understanding of the type of mechanisms.The research results have important reference value and guiding significance not only for the size comprehensive analysis and optimization, but also for the design of the optimal new size mechanism.
