摘要
针对球铁壳体铸件,设计了两种铸造工艺,并通过数值模拟仿真技术对这两种工艺进行分析对比,选择较优的方案运用于实际生产。实际生产结果表明,模拟仿真结果与实际结果相符。
The two casting processes were designed for the nodular cast iron shell casting. The processes were analyzed by using the numerical simulation technology, and the better one was chosen and applied in the production. The actual production results show that the simulation results are in agreement with the actual results.
