6063铝合金LSPSF流变铸棒的组织和力学性能的研究

摘要 以6063铝合金为研究对象,运用剪切低温浇注式(Low superheat pouring with shear field,LSPSF)流变工艺制备半固态铸棒,并将其挤压成型材,比较了流变铸棒和传统铸棒在组织和力学性能的差异。结果表明,流变铸棒比传统铸棒的质量明显提高,组织晶粒细小,呈近球状,分布均匀;流变铸棒挤压型材的力学性能较传统铸棒的挤压型材也有大幅度提高;在挤压过程中,流变铸棒的挤压参数较传统铸棒挤压参数也有所改善,挤压力变小,挤压速度变快,且挤压温度未有升高。 Taking 6063 aluminum alloy as the object, the semi-solid casting rod was prepared by using low superheat pouring with shear field (LSPSF) method, and the casting rod was extruded into profiles. The difference of microstructure and mechanical properties between the semi-solid casting rod and traditional casting rod was compared. The results show that the quality of casting rod is obviously better than that of the traditional casting rod, and the grain is fine, nearly globular with uniform distribution. The mechanical properties of extrusion profiles by using semi-solid casting rod are also greatly improved compared with the extrusion profiles by using traditional casting rod. In extrusion process, the extrusion parameters of semi-solid casting rod are also improved compared with the traditional casting rod. The extrusion pressure decreases, the extrusion speed becomes faster, and the extrusion temperature does not increase.
