摘要
采用不同工艺挤压了ASTM 1045钢制汽车活塞销,并进行了25℃室温和500℃高温下的耐磨损性能试验与分析。结果表明,随模具预热温度从160℃增大至240℃,挤压温度从500℃增大至700℃,或挤压速度从270 mm/min增大至390 mm/min,汽车活塞销的室温和高温磨损体积均先减小后增大,室温和高温耐磨损性能均先提高后下降。活塞销的最佳挤压工艺参数为:220℃模具预热温度、675℃挤压温度和360 mm/min挤压速度。
ASTM 1045 steel automobile piston pins were extruded by different processes. And the wear resistances of the pins at room temperature of 25 ℃ and high temperature of 500 ℃were tested and analyzed. The results show that:with die preheating temperature increasing from 160 ℃ to 240 ℃, the extrusion temperature increasing from 500 ℃ to 700 ℃ or the extrusion speed increasing from 270 mm/min to 390 mm/min, wear volumes of the automobile piston pin at room temperature and high temperature decrease firstly and then increase, and wear resistances at room temperature and high temperature firstly increase and then decrease. The optimized extrusion process parameters of the pins are die preheating temperature of 220 ℃, the extrusion temperature of 675 ℃ and extrusion speed of 360 mm/min.
