摘要
采用不同工艺锻造了45钢机械曲柄,并进行了曲柄冲击性能和耐腐蚀性能的测试与分析。结果表明:在试验条件下,随始锻温度从1100℃增至1220℃、终锻温度从710℃逐步增至800℃或锻压速度从60 mm/min增至180 mm/min,曲柄冲击性能和耐腐蚀性能均先提高后下降。曲柄的始锻温度、终锻温度和锻压速度分别优选为1205、785℃、120 mm/min。
45 steel mechanical cranks were forged by using different processes. And the impact property and corrosion resistance were tested and analyzed. The results show that: under the condition of test, both of impact property and corrosion resistance of the crank improve firstly and then decrease, with initial forging temperature increasing from 1100℃ to 1220℃, finial forging temperature increasing from 710℃ to 800℃ or forging speed increasing from 60 mm/min to 180 ram/rain. The optimized initial forging temperature, finial forging temperature and forging speed are 1205, 785℃and 120 mm/min, respectively.
