摘要
创新草坪机械刀具的生产工艺是有效提高草坪修剪机械工作效率的途径之一。通过优化刀片的热处理工艺和刀具的钎焊工艺,得到一种新型的"自磨刃"刀具。通过金相显微镜、扫描电镜观察、磨损试验等验证了刀具优越的力学性能。
Innovating the manufacturing technology of lawn machine tool is one of the effective ways to enhance the working efficiency of lawn mowing machine. A new type self sharpening cutter was obtained by optimizing the heat treatment process of blade and the brazing process of the tool. The excellent mechanical properties of the cutting tool were verified by metallographic microscope, SEM observation, wear test.
