摘要 简要介绍了真空消失模铸造批量生产Y400型电机壳铸件的工艺,包括浇注工艺设计、整体模型制作、浸涂耐火涂层、树脂砂填充、防变形工艺措施等,探索了消失模批量生产线中消除电机壳失圆、夹砂和散热片冷隔等缺陷的途径。结果表明,采用合适的工艺参数,严格把好白模制作、浸涂、造型、熔炼浇注等过程的工艺关,就能够批量生产出合格的电机壳铸件。 The process of mass production of Y400 type motor shell castings by vacuum lost foam casting was briefly introduced, including pouring process design, whole model making, dip coating refractory coating, resin sand filling, preventing deformation process measures and so on. The ways to eliminate the defects of the lost round and sand inclusion of motor shell and cold insulation of the radiating fin in the lost foam casting production line were explored. The results show that the qualified motor shell castings can be produced by adopting proper process parameters, strictly controlling the white mold production, dipcoating, molding, melting, pouring and other processes in batches.
