Research on the Universal Used and Cashed Path of Innovation Voucher along the Delta Region of the Yangtze River

长三角区域创新券的通用通兑已经成为提高区域科技资源配置效率、构筑长三角区域创新网络的一项重要议题。基于长三角实践创新券的基础,深入分析创新券在长三角区域通用通兑的可行性和实行障碍,积极探索创新券在长三角区域通用通兑的服务模式和发展路径,为长三角科技资源共享共用探索新的途径。

The universal used and cashed of Innovation Voucher along the Delta Region of the Yangtze River is one of important issues to improve the allocation efficiency of regional science and technology resources and build a regional innovation network. On the basis of the Innovation Voucher practice, this paper analyzes the feasibility and implementation obstacles, and explores service patterns and development paths of the univer-sal used and cashed of Innovation Voucher along the Delta Region of the Yangtze River. This paper explores a new avenue for sharing of scientific and technological resources along the Delta Region of the Yangtze River.
