新城与老城协调发展模式及建议

Harmonious Development Mode of New Town and Old City

新城建设中处理好新城与老城的关系是决定新城可持续发展的重要条件。我国在新城快速建设中既有借助产业、文化、体制、交通等融合成功处理好新城与老城关系的案例,也有二者难以融合影响新城发展的教训。建议在新城建设中,注重从新城与老城资源互动、空间布局合理、新城发展与老城改造相结合、人口导入注重内外协调四个方面入手,解决好新城与老城的融合问题。

In the construction of New town, handling the relationship between the new town and the old town is an important condition for new town to sustainable development. In the rapid construction of new town there are both successful cases that by integrating industry, cultural, institutional and transportation of the Old City, and lessons that new town cannot integrate the old town. It is recommended that in the future construc-tion, we should focus on interactive resources, space layout, development and transformation of the old town combined population inside and outside to solve integration problems.
