复方嗜酸乳杆菌片联合康复新液治疗溃疡性结肠炎30例

Compound Lactobacillus Acidophilus Tablet Combined with Kangfuxin Liquid in the Treatment of 30 Cases with Ulcerative Colitis

为探讨复方嗜酸乳杆菌片口服联合康复新液保留灌肠治疗轻中度溃疡性结肠炎的临床疗效,将60例溃疡性结肠炎患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,对照组30例单独使用康复新液灌肠治疗;治疗组30例采用复方嗜酸乳杆菌片口服联合康复新液保留灌肠治疗.结果显示,治疗组和对照组的总有效率分别为93.33％和66.67％,治疗组高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结果表明,复方嗜酸乳杆菌片口服联合康复新液保留灌肠治疗轻中度溃疡性结肠炎疗效确切,方便安全,值得临床借鉴推广.

This study was to explore the clinical effect of compound lactobacillus acidophilus tablet plus Kangfuxin liquid in the treatment of mild or moderate ulcerative colitis（UC）,randomly divided 60 cases of UC into control group and treatment group,30 cases for each; which the latter orally administered com- pound lactobacillus acidophilus tablets and adopted Kangfuxin liquid for retention enema, meanwhile the former only Kangfuxin liquid for retention enema.As results, the total effective rate of the latter was signif- icantly higher than that of the former（93.33% vs 66.67~/oo）,there was statistical difference（ P （0.05）.Re- suits show that the combination therapy used in the latter for mild and moderate UC has certain effect,and is convenient and safe.It is worth to be popularized and referenced clinically.
