RPH联合外痔剥离术治疗混合痔的疗效分析

Effect Analysis on Mixed Hemorrhoids Treated with RPH plus External Hemorrhoids Dissection

为观察痔疮套扎术（RPH）联合外痔剥离治疗混合痔的疗效,将混合痔住院患者98例随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组49例.治疗组采用RPH联合外痔剥离术治疗,对照组采用传统的外剥内扎术治疗,比较2组患者术后肛门疼痛、出血、坠胀及创面愈合时间.结果显示,治疗组在术后肛门疼痛、出血、坠胀及创面愈合时间方面优于对照组（P＜0.05）.结果表明,RPH联合外痔剥离术治疗混合痔,疗效显著,并发症少,值得临床推广应用.

This study was to observe the effect of Ruiyun procedure for hemorrhoids（RPH） plus external hemorrhoids dissection for treating mixed hemorrhoids, randomly divided 98 cases admitted in authors hos- pital into treatment group and control one,49 cases for each,which the former adopted RPH plus external hemorrhoids dissection,meanwhile the latter still received routine external dissection ＆ internal ligation, then,compared both group＇s such indexes as postoperative pain, bleeding, tenesmus of anus, and healing time of wound-surface.As results,in all above-mentioned indexes the former was all superior to the latter （ P 〈0.05）.Results show that procedure applied in the former has significant effect and less complication. It is worth to be popularized and used clinically.
