单切口一期根治术治疗肛管直肠周围多间隙脓肿

Single-incision One-stage Radical Procedure for Perianal Canal ＆amp; Rectum Multi-space Abscess

为探讨肛管直肠周围多间隙脓肿一期手术创伤小、愈合快、并发症少的治疗方法,对30例肛管直肠周围多间隙脓肿患者采用单切口手术治疗.结果显示,均一次性治愈,随访1～2年,无一例出现肛周脓肿复发及术后形成肛瘘,无肛门畸形、组织缺损及肛门失禁等并发症和后遗症.

This study was to seek for a primary procedure with less trauma,faster healing and less compli- cation in the treatment of perianal canal ＆ rectum multi-space abscess, performed single-incision surgery on 30 cases of this diseases. As reults, all patients were primarily cured, and follow-up 1-2 years had no postoperative, perianal abscess recurrence and anal fistula formed, anal dysmorphosis or defect, as well as anal incontinence,etc, complication and sequelae.
