芪椹润肠药膳粥防治痔术后便秘的效果观察

Efficacy Observation of Qishen Runchang Medicated Diet Gruel in Preventing ＆amp; Treating Constipation after Hemorrhoids Surgery

为观察中医食疗药膳芪椹润肠药膳粥防治痔术后便秘的效果,将120例痔手术患者随机分为2组各60例.观察组遵循对照组饮食原则,并于术后给予芪椹润肠药膳粥进行中医食疗干预;对照组按常规饮食原则进食.对比观察2组患者术后排便、创面疼痛及平均住院时间等情况.结果显示,观察组患者术后大便干结、创面疼痛评分及平均住院时间均明显优于对照组（P＜0.01或P＜0.05）,2组治愈率虽无显著性差异,但观察组仍高出6.7％.结果表明,芪椹润肠药膳粥具有滋润补益、润肠通便之功效,是一种安全、有效的防治痔术后便秘的中医食疗药膳.

This study was to observe the efficacy of Qishen Runchang medicated diet gruel for preventing ＆ treating constipation after hemorrhoids surgery,randomly divided 120 patients who had received surgery for their hemorrhoids into observation group and control one,60 cases for each,which the latter＇s patients had their meal according routine diet rule,except for this rule the former＇s patients also received TCM diet therapy intervention with Qishen Runchang medicated diet gruel; then compared both group＇s status on postoperative defecation,wound-surface pain and average hospitalization time. As results,in the status on stool whether or not get constipated,the socre on wound-surface pain,and average hospitalization time the former was all superior to the latter（ P 〈0.05 or P 〈0.01） ;both group＇s curative rate had no significant difference, but the former was 6.7% higher than the latter. Results show that this gruel has the role of nourishing g~ invigorating qi,clearing intestine and purging, could be named a safe and effective TCM med- icated diet therapy for preventing ~ treating postoperative constipation of hemorrhoids patients.
