硝硼洗剂治疗肛周丹毒60例

Xiaopeng Lotion in the Treatment of Perianal Erysipelas of 60 Cases

为探讨硝硼洗剂治疗肛周丹毒的临床疗效,将符合纳入标准的120例肛周丹毒患者随机分为研究组和对照组各60例,对照组采用常规治疗,研究组在常规治疗的基础上采用硝硼洗剂熏洗,5～7 d为1个疗程,比较2组疗效.结果显示,1个疗程后,研究组治愈42例,好转13例,有效5例;对照组治愈23例,好转19例,有效15例,无效3例.2组治愈率比较（70.0％ VS 38.3％）差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.研究组平均治愈合时间为（5.24±2.97）d,对照组为（7.94±3.91）d,2组比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结果表明,硝硼洗剂治疗肛周丹毒,临床效果较常规治疗好,且费用低廉.

This study was to explore the clinical effect of Xiaopeng Lotion in the treatment of perianal ery- sipelas,randomly divided 120 cases of perianal erysipelas met enrolled standard into research group and control one,60 cases for each,which the latter adopted routine therapy,on the basis the former also adopt- ed Xiaopeng Lotion for fuming ＆ washing （5-7 days,as one treatment course） then compared both groups＂ effect.As results, after one course of treating, in the former 42 cases were cured, 13 got improved, g were of response,meanwhile in the latter respectively was 23 cases, 19, 15,what＇s more 3 cases were of non-re- sponse,thus in curative rate there was statistical difference（70.0% vs 38.3%, p 〈0.05）;and in averagecurative time also did [（5.24±2.97） d vs （7.94±3.91） all,there was statistical difference（ P 〈0.05）.Results show that Xiaopeng Lotion for treating perianal erysipelas has better effect than routine therapy,also its cost is low.
