复方聚乙二醇电解质散在肛肠外科术前肠道准备的应用 被引量:2

Compound Polyethylene Glycol Electrolyte Powder Applied in Preoperative Intestinal Preparation of Colorectal Surgery Department

摘要 为观察复方聚乙二醇电解质散(Ⅳ)在肛肠外科术前肠道准备中应用的疗效和安全性,将肛肠外科手术前患者400例随机分为试验组和对照组,每组200例.试验组采用术前晚或术前12 h口服复方聚乙二醇电解质散(Ⅳ)∶温开水(80.5048g∶750 mL)的方法进行肠道准备;对照组采取术前晚(术前12 h)、术晨(术前1~2 h)使用肥皂水灌肠1次的方法进行肠道准备,比较2组患者肠道清洁、术后首次排便时间以及不良反应等情况.结果显示,试验组在肠道清洁度、术后首次排便时间延迟方面优于对照组(P<0.05),试验组术后大出血明显减少.2组患者不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结果表明,口服复方聚乙二醇电解质散(Ⅳ)溶液用于肛肠外科术前肠道准备肠道清洁度高,术后首次排便时间延迟明显,有较明显的临床疗效,且安全性较好. This study was to observe the effect and safety of compound polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder(IV) applied in preoperative intestinal preparation of colorectal surgery department,randomly divd- ed 400 patients subject to colorectal surgery into trial group and control one,200 cases for each,which the former orally administered compound polyethlylene glycol electrolyte powder (IV):warm boiled water (80.5048 g 750 mL)at the night or 12 hrs before surgery as intestinal preparation,meanwhile the latter took soapsuds enema at the night( 12 hrs before surgery) ,and at the morning(I-2 h before surgery) was as intestinal preparation; then compared the status on enteric clean degree, defecation at first-time after sur- gery,and adverse reaction, etc. As results, in the status on enteric clean degree and on defecation at first- time delayed the former was all superior to the latter( P ~0.05) ,and in the former postoperative massive bleeding was significantly deereased;in the incidence of adverse reaction there was no statistical difference between two groups( P 〉0.05).Results show that orally administering compond polyethylene glycol elec- trolyte powder(IV) solution used in intestinal preparation before eolorectal surgery has such merits as high enteric clean degree,defecation at first-time significantly delayed, more great clinical effect and better safety.
