摘要
从生产实际出发,制作了引线伸出长度为0 mm和0.5 mm的通孔插装焊点试验件,按照ECSS相关高可靠性手工焊接标准进行热学、力学考核试验。通过金相抛切分析,验证了插装元器件短引线伸出焊点焊接的可靠性。
Based on the production practice,the short leads protrusion of PTH solder joints of zero and 0.5 mm test board was made,and the thermal,mechanical test was carried out according to the ECSS high reliable manual soldering standard. Through metallographic analysis,the soldering process of short leads protrusion of PTH solder joint meets the requirements of high reliability products.
