摘要
航天器电缆网生产方式包括:单根电缆生产与三维立体模型电缆生产。单根电缆的生产方式存在加工余量较大的问题,而三维立体模型电缆生产所需的生产周期较长。结合以上两种电缆生产方式的优劣点进行了航电器电缆网平面化生产工艺技术研究。研究结果表明:相比三维立体模型生产工艺,平面化生产工艺可明显缩短电缆生产周期;相比单根电缆生产工艺,平面化工艺生产的电缆长度与实际所需长度误差可控制在10%以内、电缆加工状态与实际安装状态的一致率达80%以上。
The production methods of cable for spacecraft include single cable production and threedemensional model production. The production of a single cable has a problem of excessive processing allowance,and the production cycle required for the cable production of the three-dimensional model is longer. Combining the advantages and disadvantages of the two cable production methods,the complanation production technology of spacecraft cable is studied. Compared with the production technology of threedimensional model,complanation production technology can obviously shorten the cable production cycle. Compared with the single cable production technology,the error of the cable length and the actual length can be controlled within 10%. In addition,the consistency between the cable processing state and the actual working condition is more than 80%.
