电场指纹法腐蚀监测技术的工业化应用研究 被引量:7

Research on Industrial Application of Corrosion Monitoring Technology Based on Field Signature

摘要 将电场指纹法(FSM)的测量结果与超声波测厚法的结果进行了对比,并在集输管道进行了FSM腐蚀监测试验研究。结果显示:FSM测量的管道壁厚与超声波直接测量的管道壁厚具有一致性和可信性。监测范围内的管道大部分部位腐蚀的倾向甚微,不同时期管道的最大腐蚀部位具有随机性,且以管道中下部沟槽状腐蚀最为明显。根据研究结果本文提出了开展腐蚀监测和腐蚀检测工作的建议。 The article has compared the results measured by field signature method(FSM) and ultrasonic thickness method respectively, whilst a trial industrial application of FSM was carried out for corrosion monitoring of a gathering line. The results show that the thickness of the pipeline wall measured by FSM is credibility and consistent with that by ultrasonic. The corrosion tendency of most parts of the pipeline in the monitoring range is very small, and the maximum corrosion sites of pipeline are random in different periods; and of which the majority occurred on the lower parts of the pipeline. Finally, suggestions for further applications of FSM in corrosion monitoring and corrosion detection are put forward.
