小通径二通插装阀在纯水液压系统中的应用研究

本文首先阐述了二通插装阀的工作原理和突出优点,接着讨论了用二通插装阀组成的节流调速回路及压力控制回路,最后在综合考虑试验系统其它需要的基础上,设计了一套可用于研究调速回路的速度一负载特性的纯水液压试验系统。

In this paper, the working principle and outstanding advantages of two - way cartridge valve are explained first, and then the meter ing speed control circuit and pressure control circuit composed of two- way cartridge valves are analyzed and discussed. Considering other needs of the test system, the water hydraulic test system used to study velocity - load properties of the metering circuit is completed at last.
