摘要
本文介绍了圆筒式电流变传动机构的工作原理,讨论它的传递力矩、单位转动惯量传递的力矩、粘性功率损失和调速范围与结构尺寸之间的关系。并提出以传递力矩、单位转动惯量传递的力矩和粘性功率损失为目标的圆筒式电流变传动机构优化设计的多目标优化的数学模型。
In this paper, we presents the operating principle of cylindrical electrorheological (ER) actuator. Then we discusses its carry-over moment, moment transferred by unit rotary inertia, viscous power loss as well as range of speed regulation respectively. All of these relate to the actuator' s structural dimensions. A mathematic model of the optimization design for cylindrical ER actuator is also presented. The model' s targets are carry - over moment, moment transferred by unit rotary inertia and viscous power loss.
