原发性胆汁反流性胃炎患者中医体质特点的病例对照研究

The characteristic constitutional types of Chinese Medicine of primary bile reflux gastritis:a case-control study

[目的]原发性胆汁反流性胃炎患者体质特征缺乏相关报道,本研究旨在探究原发性胆汁反流性胃炎患者的中医体质特征。[方法]选取2015年8月~2016年7月377例中医体质问卷应答的原发性胆汁反流性胃炎患者,选取同期性别、年龄匹配的进行体质辨识的健康体检人群作对照,分析原发性胆汁反流性胃炎患者的体质特点。[结果]377例原发性胆汁反流性胃炎患者体质分布情况为阳虚质(120例,31.8%)>平和质(114例,30.2%)>气虚质(47例,12.5%)>湿热质(25例,6.6%)>气郁质(21例,5.6%)>阴虚质(18例,4.8%)=痰湿质(18例,4.8%)>特禀质(11例,2.9%)>血瘀质(3例,0.8%)。阳虚质(χ2=21.668,P<0.001)、气虚质(χ2=27.960,P<0.001)、阴虚质(χ2=32.812,P<0.001)、痰湿质(χ2=11.880,P=0.001)在原发性胆汁反流性胃炎组和健康体检组有显著性差异。[结论]原发性胆汁反流性胃炎以阳虚质、气虚质为特征性体质。

[Objective]To investigate the constitutional types of Chinese medicine of primary bile reflux gastritis.[Method]377 primary bile reflux gastritis patients were enrolled from August 2015 to July2016.377 health checkup populations who patched sex and age with primary bile reflux gastritis patients were enrolled as control group.The standardized Constitution in Chinese Medicine Questionnaire was used to evaluation the scores of all kinds of Constitutional types,and the questionnaire was analyzed between two groups.[Results]The Constitutional types of 377 Chinese medicine of primary bile reflux gastritis were Yang-deficiency type（31.8%）,Gentleness type（30.2%）,Qi-deficiency type（12.5%）,Wet-heat type（6.6%）,Qi-stagnation type（5.6%）,Yin-deficiency type（4.8%）,Phlegm-wetness type（4.8%）,Specialconstitution（2.9%）,Blood-stasis type（0.8%）.Yang-deficiency type（χ2=21.668,P〈0.001）,Qi-deficiency type（χ2=27.960,P〈0.001）,Yin-deficiency type（χ2=32.812,P〈0.001）and Wet-heat type（χ2=11.880,P=0.001）had significantly difference between primary bile reflux gastritis group and control group.[Conclusion]Yang-deficiency type and Qi-deficiency type are characteristic constitutional types of Chinese medi-cine in primary bile reflux gastritis patient.
