摘要
本文以最小主轴重量及主轴前端挠度为优化目标,采用统一目标的线性组合法,引入加权因子,建立了一个统一的优化目标函数,对机床主轴进行了多目标优化设计,使优化结果更符合实际。
In this paper , the minimum weight and the minimum static deflection about the machine tool spindle are selected as the optimal object , by adopting linear combination of the unified aim and the weighted coefficient, the unified objective function is constructed. the parameters of the machine tool spindle are optimized. The results of optimum design are coincided with the practice.
