养脾散长期毒性试验

The Effeet of Yangpi San on Toxicity Test

目的 观察长期服用养脾散的毒性作用。方法 实验用大白鼠（SI）品系）,6～7周龄,体重:87±15g,82±15g,每组20只,雌雄各半,按阴性对照组、养脾散高剂量组、中剂量组、低剂量组进行灌胃给药,每天定时给药,每周给药6d,连续9周。结果 未见毒性反应。结论 养脾散的临床使用较为安全。

OBJECTIVE To observe the effect of Yangpi San on the toxicity test. METHODS Eighty rats were randomly divided into 4 groups of 20 each. Rats of three experimental groups,low dose,middle dose and high dose,were given at dose of 3. 5g/kg · d-1,6. 9g/kg· d-1and 13. 8g/kg· d-1,respectively,6 days per week for 9 weeks. Rats of control group were given water at same Volume. RESULTS No toxicity was observed in each group. CONCLUSION It would be safe in Clinical usage.
