同伴结合专业咨询干预在美沙酮维持治疗中应用成效分析 被引量:1

EFFECTS OF PEER COUNSELING AND PROFESSIONAL COUNSELING ON METHADONE MAINTENANCE TREATMENT

摘要 目的:分析同伴结合专业咨询的干预模式在美沙酮维持治疗中应用成效,为提高治疗人数和巩固治疗效果提供依据。方法:在吸毒人群中选取有影响力的同伴或其他人员为种子,应用同伴教育理论和方法,由种子转介成瘾者到美沙酮门诊接受问卷调查和健康咨询,并动员其转变为同伴参与转介活动和入组治疗;对入组病人开展干预。结果:入组人数、月在治人数、日均服药人数高于开展该工作前一年(P<0.05);首次入组病人HIV阳性率低于原门诊病人(P<0.05),来源以城郊结合部和乡镇为主。结论:同伴结合专业咨询的干预模式探索出科学的激励机制,激发和调动种子/同伴工作积极性,扩大同伴教育覆盖面;使同伴教育同医务人员专业的治疗服务、行为干预相辅相成,使美沙酮维持治疗同社区戒毒、社区康复相结合,提高成瘾者/病人对美沙酮维持治疗的认同度,增加治疗人数,巩固治疗效果。 Objective: To analyze the effectiveness of the intervention mode of peer counseling and professional counseling in methadone maintenance treatment.Methods: In drug users influential peer or other personnel as seeds,with the application of peer education theory and method,the addicts are transfered to methadone clinics to accept the questionnaire survey and health advice by seeds' referral,and they were mobilized to participate in the activities of referral and the treatment group as a companion. Carry out intervention for the patients in the group.Results: The number of people in the group,in the month of treatment and taking drug daily is higher than the year before the work. HIV positive rate for first enrolled patient is lower than the original outpatient,the source is given priority to with the edge,the villages and towns.Conclusion: Peer with professional consulting intervention model explores the scientific incentive mechanism,inspires and mobilizes the enthusiasm of seed/peer to peer education so that peer education can complement with medical staff professional treatment services and behavioral intervention,MMT can combine with community detoxification,and community rehabilitation,which can improve the addicts'/patients' the degree of recognition of MMT,increase the number treatment and consolidate the treatment effect.
