摘要
针对老城区内涝和污水收集问题的通常解决方案中存在的治标不治本的情况,结合南昌市青云谱区京山老街内涝改造工程及江西省分宜县老城区污水收集工程,分别提出了相应的优化解决方案。工程实践表明,解决内涝问题时应以提高内涝点直达收纳水体的排水能力为主要措施,辅助以提高调蓄能力和降低径流系数等措施;解决污水收集问题时应采用以小区排水出水口作为主要截污入口的源头截污措施,并辅助现有管涵沿线截污和终端截污,方可取得预期效果。
In view of the temporary solutions in the waterlogging and sewage collection problems, many issues have not been resolved essentially. So the corresponding optimization solution has been put forward on the base of the project examples of the watedogging problem of Jingshan Street in Qingyunpu District of Nanchang and the urban sewage collection project case in Fenyi County of Jiangxi Province. The practice showed that the drainage capacity of rainwater from the watedogging to the receiving water should be increased to solve the problem of waterlogging in the old city. And meanwhile, the improve- ment of the storage capacity and the reducing of runoff coefficient should be applied. To solve the prob- lem of sewage collection, the source interception measures which used the drainage outlet as the main en- trance should be adopted. With the measures of the interception along with the drainage and terminal in- terception, the desired effect can be achieved.
