Discussion on Guangzhou Comprehensive Planning of Underground Pipelines

分析了广州市地下管线存在的问题,特别是在规划和建设管理上存在的困难,贯彻国家、省、市的要求,充分利用智慧地下管线平台和已编的各类市政专项规划成果,分层次、分阶段地开展了广州市地下管线综合规划。介绍了广州市地下管线综合规划编制的技术路线、老城区管线改造原则、支管廊道建设指引及地下空间竖向规划等内容,该规划可实现分地区指导,体现出适用性和可操作性,为地下管线的规划和建设管理提供审批和协调的依据,确保广州市城市地下空间的可持续利用和生命线工程的安全发展。

This paper analyzes the existing problems of underground pipelines in Guangzhou City, especially the difficulties in planning and construction management. Based on the implementation of na- tional, provincial and municipal requirements, the urban underground pipeline GIS and municipal special planning results were made full use, then the comprehensive planning of underground pipeline was deter- mined. The technical route, the principles of pipeline reconstruction in old city, the guidelines for the construction of branch tunnel and the vertical planning of underground space were introduced as well. The planning result is feasible, applicable and has regional guidance. It can provide the basis of coordi- nation and approval for the planning, construction and management of underground pipelines, ensure the safety of the development of Guangzhou underground space and sustainable utilization of lifeline project.
