超高层住宅建筑生活给水系统设计探讨 被引量:6

Discussion on Design of Water Supply System in Super High-rise Residential Buildings

摘要 结合设计中遇到的问题,针对超高层住宅建筑生活给水系统不同的设计方案进行探讨,包括分区减压阀减压、变频供水+分区减压阀减压、分区无水箱并联、变频供水+分区串联等供水方式,尤其对分区串联供水方式中转输水泵的振动和噪音问题如何解决提出了建议,供设计人员参考。随着人们节能和环保意识的加强,要求给水系统的选用除考虑本身的合理性以外,还需要综合考虑系统的使用、维护成本及难易程度,这也是系统选择的关键因素之一。 Combined with the problems encountered in the design, various design proposals for high-rise residential building water supply system were discussed in this paper. Among the design propos- als such as the partition pressure reducing valve system, variable frequency conversion water supply + partition pressure reducing valve system, without water tank in partition parallel system, variable frequen- cy conversion water supply + series partition water supply system and other methods, the solution advice for the transferring water pump vibration and noise in series partition water supply system were especially introduced, which could be recommendation for the designer. With the strengthening of people' s aware- ness of energy conservation and environment protection, the choice of water supply system need to be based on the rationality, operation cost and easiness of maintenance, which are the key factors for choice of the system.
