摘要
随着我国对水环境的日益重视,老城区截流式合流制系统溢流及初期雨水径流污染的问题日益突出,选择合适的方式对排水系统进行改造以减少水体外源污染非常重要。通过对毕节老城区现状排水设施的梳理以及对规划的分析,为改善倒天河水污染现状,提出以调蓄为核心的改造方案。通过方案比选,提出建设包括截污管、调蓄池及全地下污水处理厂的截流调蓄系统,对合流污水及初期雨水进行截污、调蓄、处理,缓解截污干管及流仓桥污水处理厂的运行压力,解决河道外源污染。同时将全地下污水厂达标出水用于倒天河补水,可增加河道自净能力。该工程方案可实施性高,风险小,可为相关调蓄工程提供参考。
Water environment has been paid more increasing attention in recent years in China. As the problems of overflow and initial rainwater runoff pollution of combined sewerage system in old city have become more and more serious, it was important to select an appropriate way to reform the current drainage system. Through combing the existing facilities and analyzing the plan, a scheme of wastewater storage was put forward to fix the pollution in Daotian River. Through schemes comparison, a system in- cluding interception pipe, storage tank and underground wastewater treatment plant was determined. With this scheme, confluent wastewater and initial rainwater could be closured, stored and treated. The stress of main wastewater pipeline and Liucangqiao WWTP could be relieved, thus external pollution of river channel could be avoided as well. The effluent of underground WWTP could be used to supply Daotian River to increase its self-purification capacity. This scheme had high feasibility with low risk, which could provide reference for related storage projects.
