摘要
北京市清河第二再生水厂工程设计规模为50×104m3/d,污水处理采用预处理+初沉池+A/A/O生物池+砂滤池+臭氧脱色+紫外消毒工艺。设计出水水质需满足北京市《城镇污水处理厂水污染物排放标准》(DB 11/890—2012)中B标准的要求。设计中对厂区布置进行了优化,包括污水处理构筑物全封闭加盖和主体单元模块化,并对粗格栅间及进水泵房、生物池、砂滤池、鼓风机房降噪、脱色及消毒工艺等进行了优化设计。
The design treatment capacity of Qinghe Second Reclaimed Wastewater Treatment Plant in Beijing is 50× 104 m3/d. The wastewater treatment process is combined by pretreatment + primary sedimentation tank + A/A/O biological tank + sand filter + ozone decolorization + UV disinfection process. The designed effluent quality could meet the requirements of B standard of Beijing Discharge Standard of Water Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plants ( DB 11/890 - 2012). In the process of plant layout design optimization, the wastewater treatment structure were all full-enclosed with cap, the main units were all modularized. And then, the design proposals of other treatment units inclu- ding coarse grille, inlet pump house, biological tank, sand filter, noise reduction in blower room, decol- oration and disinfection were all optimized.
