摘要
无锡市亭子桥雨水泵站DN2 400大口径雨水管总长度为435 m,顶管施工,路径穿越繁华的市中心,管道经过现状d5 500雨水井、运行中的地铁、市政检查井、现状污水管、已填埋古河道、高楼地下室、运行中的泵站、桥梁基础、现状河道、泵站进水井等11处重要设施。结合施工方案进行管道选型并提高技术要求,详细调查各节点的现状基础资料,组织专项论证会对设计施工风险进行评估并制定应急预案,对各穿越节点进行了精心设计、谨慎施工、严格监测。
The total length of DN2 400 large diameter rain pipe was 435 m, which is constructed with pipe jacking technology. The pipe path crosses the busy downtown area. The pipe is closely related with eleven important municipal facilities including the current rainwater well with a diameter of 5 500 ram, running subway, municipal inspection wells, existing sewage pipes, covered paleo-river, basements of high-buildings, pump station in operation, bridge foundation, present river, pumping well and so on. After several steps were finished as follows : selection of pipe type on basis of the construction plan, im- provement of the technical requirements, careful investigation of the basic data of each node, special demonstration was organized to assess the risk of design and construction, and to make emergency re- sponse plans. In the whole process, each of the nodes was required to be well-designed, carefully con- structed and strictly monitored.
