摘要
以宁波市现有传统污水处理厂提标改造工程为对象,在不新增土地、不削减处理量的前提下,通过拆除部分原有构筑物,新建膜生物反应器(MBR)、高效沉淀池、反硝化深床滤池、加氯接触池等工艺单元,对传统污水处理厂进行类Ⅳ类水提标改造,提标改造后出水BOD_5、COD、SS、NH_3-N、TP、TN等指标均从《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB 18918—2002)的二级标准提高到类Ⅳ类水标准。
The renovation project of the traditional wastewater treatment plant was taken as an example to improve the standard of effluent quality similar to the fourth class in Ningbo city. In the reno- vation project, membrane bioreactor (MBR) was built after some original structures were demolished. And then, effective sedimentation tank, deep-bed denitrification filter, and chloride contact tank were constructed. As a result, the effluent indexes including BODs, COD, SS, NH3 - N, TP and TN were all raised from the second class of Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant (GB 18918- 2002) close to the fourth class, so that the effluent quality of wastewater treatment plant could be enhanced successfully.
