摘要
采用混凝-UASB-两级A/O工艺处理白酒废水,处理水量为100 m^3/d。运行结果表明,该工艺处理效率高,抗冲击负荷能力强,对COD、BOD_5、NH_3-N、SS的去除率分别达到98.9%、99.6%、89.3%、98.2%,最终出水COD、BOD_5、NH_3-N、SS浓度分别为127.4、29.7、10.7、35.6 mg/L,达到《发酵酒精和白酒工业水污染物排放标准》(GB 27631—2011)。
The combined process of coagulation, UASB, and two stage of A/O was applied to treat liquor wastewater. The treatment capacity is 100 m3/d. It is showed that the combined process has high treatment efficiency and strong shock loading resistibility. The final effluent concentrations of COD, BOD5, NH3 - N and SS are 127, 4mg/L, 29.7 rag/L, 10.7 mg/L, 35.6 mg/L with the removal rate of 98.9%, 99.6% , 89.3% and 98.2% respectively. The effluent could meet Discharge Standard of Water Pollutants for Fermentation Alcohol and Distilled Spirits Industry (GB 27631 -2011 ).
