摘要
针对辽宁省某大型乙烯联合装置污水处理厂进水可生化性差,处理工艺中未设置脱氮除磷单元,多项出水指标严重超过设计标准的问题,采取增设橡胶废水预处理Fenton单元和改造生化段AO为A^2/O的方法,并进一步分析了A^2/O存在的问题。通过控制适宜的碳源、溶解氧、p H值和污泥龄四个关键因素,较好地解决了A^2/O工艺在生产运行中出现的问题,可为A^2/O工艺的改进优化设计和实际工程运行提供参考。
As a result of poor influent biodegradability and lack of denitrification and phosphorus removal unit, a number of water quality index could not meet the effluent standards in a large-scale ethyl- ene plant in Liaoning Province previously. As for the solutions of the problem, the original AO process is replaced by A2/O process and Fenton pretreatment unit is also included. The possible challenges of A2/ O process operation are further analyzed and solved by proper control of carbon source, DO, pH and SRT, which can provide reference for optimizing design and practical operation of A2/O process.
