摘要
利用湖南省实地调研数据,探讨代际支持对农村老年人医疗服务利用的影响。参照两部模型法(Two-part-Model,TPM)将农村老年人医疗服务利用分为患病以后"是否就诊"和就诊以后"医疗支出"两个先后相对独立的过程。农村老年人患病以后"是否就诊"受到来自子女的经济支持、照料支持、情感支持的正向影响;就诊以后"医疗支出"受到来自子女的经济支持的正向影响,受到来自子女的照料支持的负向影响,情感支持对农村老年人就诊以后医疗支出影响不显著。
Based on the field investigation data of Hunan Province,To study the effect of intergenerational support on medical service utilization among rural elderly, According to the Two - part - Model divided the utilization of medical service in rural elderly into＂ medical treatment＂ and＂ medical expenditure＂, The results showed that＂ medical treatment＂ of rural elderly positive- ly effected by financial support, care support, and emotional support from their children;＂ medical expenditure＂ of rural elderly positively effected by financial support and negatively effected by care support from their children.
