房柱采空区下长壁综采覆岩活动规律和支架承载研究 被引量:2

摘要 为研究房柱采空区下近距离煤层长壁采场覆岩活动规律和支架合理选型,采用数值模拟和理论分析方法,建立房柱采空区下综采采场煤岩体力学模型,得到采场覆岩垮落特征、应力场分布和支架合理支护强度,结合大进龙沟矿生产技术条件,提出合理支架型号和围岩控制措施。研究表明,受煤房、煤柱尺寸影响,断裂步距和失稳方式发生变化;垂直应力分布及峰值点大小、位置与遗留煤柱分布特征相关,呈现非均布状态;支架支护强度为1.31 MPa时,选择ZFY12500/25/39D型综采液压支架,工作面安全性较好。 In order to study the law of overlying rock strata and the reasonable selection of suport for longwall mining field of close distance coal seams beneath gobs of room-pillar mining, the numerical simulation and theoretical analysis method were used to establish the coal mechanics model, and the characteristics of the overlying rock strata collapse, the stress field distribution and the reasonable support strength were obtained. The reasonable support model and surrounding rock control measures were put forward according to the technical production conditions of the Dajinlonggou Mine. The results showed that the step size and the failure mode were changed by the size of coal room and coal pillar. The vertical stress distribution, the peak point size and position were related to the distribution characteristics of remaining coal pillars, and the non-uniform status was presented. When the support strength was 1.31 MPa, the ZFY12500/25/39D fully mechanized hydraulic support was selected and the production safety of work face was improved.
