摘要
模拟玻璃钢管现场应用环境,对玻璃钢管进行了腐蚀试验和环向拉伸测试,计算出在温度、NaCl含量、CO_2分压、H_2S分压、应力5个因素共同作用下玻璃钢管环向拉伸强度损失率。采用层次分析法根据环向拉伸强度损失率计算各单因素对环向拉伸强度损失的权重。结果表明:各因素对玻璃钢环向拉伸强度损失的影响大小依次为温度、应力、H_2S分压、CO_2分压、NaCl含量。
The circumferential tensile strength loss rate of fiber reinforced plastic(FRP)pipe was calculated under joint action of multi factors including temperature,NaCl content,CO2 partial pressure,H2S partial pressure and stress by corrosion experiment simulating field application environments and tensile test along hoop.The weighting of circumferential tensile strength loss caused by each factor was calculated by analytic hierarchy process(AHP)on the basis of the obtained circumferential tensile strength loss rate.The evaluation results show that the strong-to-weak sequence for circumferential tensile strength loss rate of FRP pipe was temperature,stress,H2S partial pressure,CO2 partial pressure and NaCl content.
