摘要
电池管理系统作为电动汽车的关键技术之一,不仅有助于提高动力电池工作的有效性,增加电动汽车的续驶里程,而且有助于提高动力电池使用的安全性,并延长其使用寿命。在大量充放电模拟试验数据采集的基础上,详细分析了镍氢蓄电池的工作原理和充放电特性,并对影响电池容量的主要因素进行了探讨。针对动力电池的充放电特点,提出了一种新型控制镍氢动力电池充电截止的方法,气压监测控制法。实验分析表明这种方法能较为准确的反应镍氢动力电池实际工作状况。
Pool management system as one of the key technologies of electric vehicles, not only helps to improve the effectiveness of the battery work, increase the range of electric vehicles, but also helps to improve the safety of the power battery, and prolong its service life, In this paper, the working principle and charging and discharging characteristics of Ni MH battery are analyzed in detail, and the main factors affecting the battery capacity are discussed. In view of the charging and discharging characteristics of the power battery, a new method to control the charging cut-off of Ni MH battery is proposed. The experimental results show that this method can accurately respond to the actual working conditions of Ni MH batteries.
