摘要 以一种新型的次膦酸丙烯酸酯(PHEA)和聚乙二醇二甲基二丙烯酸酯(PEGDMA)为单体,通过紫外光固化制备高透明柔性阻燃薄膜。研究了不同单体比例的复合薄膜的透光率、柔性、热性能以及阻燃性能。结果表明,PHEA和PEGDMA有良好的相容性和紫外光可固化性。共聚薄膜的透光性受二者比例的影响很小。与纯PEGDMA薄膜(F-PR-0)相比,含40%PHEA共聚薄膜(F-PR-40)的透光率只下降约3%,断裂伸长率提高了1.4倍,垂直燃烧达到UL94 V-0级。微型量热仪测试结果表明,F-PR-40总放热量和最大放热速率比F-PR-0分别降低58.0%和54.8%。热重分析-红外光谱联用分析结果显示,F-PR-40热分解速率和热分解释放的气体量明显减少,是一种兼具阻燃、透明性的高性能柔性薄膜。 Flame-retardant membranes with high transparency and flexibility were prepared by UV curing the β-carboxylethylmethylphosphinic acid β-ethyl acrylate (PHEA) with polyethylene glycol dimethylacrylate (PEGDMA) oligomer. The transparency, flexibility and flame-retardant of the membranes with different composition were investigated. Results showed that PHEA shows a good compatibility with PEGDMA. The transparency of the membranes was hardly influenced by the PHEA content. The transmittance of membrane containing 40% PHEA (F-PR-40) is reduced only by 3% compared to the membrane without PHEA (F-PR- 0). The elongation at breaking of F-PR-40 is three times that of F-PR-0. In addition, the membrane F-PR- 40 shows the satisfying flame retardancy and passes the UL94 V-O rating with no dripping during combustion. TG-FTIR results indicate that membrane F-PR-40 shows good char forming and lower thermal decomposition speed than the membrane F-PR-0. The membrane obtained will be a good candidate for high performance flexible and transparent materials.
