摘要 陕西榆林能化30万t/a聚丙烯(PP)装置所用催化剂活性较低,使生产成本提高。讨论了催化剂活性低对生产的影响,分析了影响催化剂活性的因素,对如何提高催化剂活性进行了探讨,制定并实施了相应的措施。结果表明,影响催化剂活性的主要因素有催化剂本身性质,铝(Al)/钛(Ti)物质的量比与硅(Si)/Al物质的量比,细粉产量,氢气浓度与共聚单体浓度,催化剂在反应器中的停留时间,丙烯原料质量等。采取相应的措施后,催化剂活性提高了25%。催化剂活性的提高降低了装置的综合能耗,同时降低了生产成本。 Low catalyst activity made the cost increase in the run of a 300 kt/a polypropylene product of Shaanxi Yulin Energy & Chemical Co. Ltd.. The impact of low catalyst activity to production was discussed and the factors for catalyst activity were analyzed. And the methods for increasing catalyst activity were studied and the countermeasures were established. The results indicate that the factors for catalyst activity include the nature of catalyst, aluminium (A1)/titanium (Ti) mole ratio and silicon (Si)/A1 mole ratio in the catalyst, fine powder content in polypropylene product, hydrogen concentration and copolymerization monomer concentration, the chemical time of the catalyst in the reactor, impurity content in propylene and ethylene. After taking the countermeasures, catalyst activity was increased by 25 %. After catalyst activity is increased, the comprehensive energy consumption is cut down in the run of the polypropylene product, and the production cost is also reduced.
