在丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物(ABS)生产过程中进行聚丁二烯(PB)、聚丁二烯和丙烯腈-苯乙烯接枝共聚物(G-ABS)的聚合时,往往使用了复合乳化剂以提高聚合效果。单一凝聚剂无法使G-ABS胶乳中的复合乳化剂完全失去乳化能力,凝聚效果较差。在凝聚过程中使用辅助凝聚剂,能够明显改善凝聚效果,增加凝聚颗粒的粒径和致密度。使用辅助凝聚剂A时,使用量为干基1.5%时效果最好;使用辅助凝聚剂B时,其用量为0.3%时效果最佳。两种辅助凝聚剂对ABS产品的力学性能没有影响;但辅助凝聚剂A会在一定程度上缩短粉料的氧化诱导期,而辅助凝聚剂B使ABS产品白度降低。
In the butadiene-acrylonitrile-styrene (ABS) production process, the composite emulsifiers were used to improve the polymerization effect of polybutadiene (PB) and G-ABS. The single coagulant cannot make the composite emulsifier completely lose its emulsifying ability, so the coagulation effect is poor. The use of assisted coagulant can significantly improve the coagulation effect and increase the particle size and density. When the 1.5% assisted coagulant A or 0. 3% assisted coagulant B of the dry basis is used, the coagulation effect is preferably. The two kinds of assisted coagulant have no effect on the mechanical properties of the ABS. However, the assisted coagulant A will shorten the oxidation induction time of the G- ABS powder to a certain extent, while the auxiliary coagulant B reduces the whiteness of the ABS product.
