摘要 以Moldflow软件为平台,研究了免喷涂塑料在电水壶外壳模具上的应用可行性。设置了合理的浇口位置和进浇方式,通过模流分析,对免喷涂塑料的流动过程、前沿温度、熔接线、困气点等进行了系统分析。经实际试模验证,模流分析的结果是准确可靠的,这为通过模流分析对免喷涂塑料的可行性应用提供了专业依据。 Base on Moldflow software, the application feasibility of free-painting plastic on the kettle shell was studied. In this paper, a reasonable gate location and the inlet method were set up, and the flow process, front temperature, weld lines and air traps of the free-painting plastic were analyzed through mold flow. The results of the mold flow analysis are accurate and reliable, which provide a professional basis for the feasibility of the free-painting plastic based on Moldflow.
