5种主流ABS树脂微观结构与产品性能比较研究 被引量:4

摘要 主要选取市场上用量比较大的5种主流丁二烯-丙烯腈-苯乙烯(ABS)树脂,通过透射电子显微镜(TEM)观测样品微观结构等微观性质,测试样品冲击性能及流变性能等宏观性能,对比5种产品不同参数之间的差异,总结出主流ABS树脂微观结构与产品宏观性能之间的关系。结果表明,在所研究的树脂牌号范围内,凝胶含量和熔体质量流动速率对ABS树脂的冲击强度有显著影响;总体而言,苯乙烯-丙烯腈共聚物(SAN)相的玻璃化转变温度越低,ABS树脂的熔体质量流动速率越大,产品的加工流动性越好;TEM结果显示不同样品间橡胶相的分散程度、橡胶相与SAN相的相容性、橡胶粒子大小之间存在很大差异。 In this paper, five kinds of acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene (ABS) resin were selected which were used largely in the market. The microscopic properties such as the microstructure of the samples were observed by transmission electron microscopy (TEM), and the macroscopic properties such as the impact performance and rheological behavior of the samples were measured. The relationship between the microscopic properties and macroscopic properties was summed up by comparing the difference among the different parameters of the five products. The results show that, within studied resins, the gel content and the melt index have a significant effect on the impact strength of ABS resin; in general, the lower the glass transition temperature of the acrylonitrile-styrene (SAN) phase, the greater the melt index and the better the processing fluidity of the product; TEM results show that there is a big difference among the degree of dispersion of the rubber phase, the compatibility of the rubber phase with the SAN phase and the size of the rubber particles of the different samples.
