摘要
研究了聚乙烯基木塑复合材料的吸水性、热工性能和力学性能。结果表明,相较于木质材料,木塑复合材料的吸水性极低(<15%),失重的温度区间大、热稳定性能好和其抗变形能力可控,硬度大,具有良好的抗磨性能和强冲击性能。因此,木塑复合材料能够满足现代家居设计的要求。
The polyethylene based wood-plastic composites were studied on the properties including water Absorption, thermal and mechanical properties. The results show that the water absorption of the wood-plastic composites is very low (〈15%), the temperature interval of weightlessness is large, the thermal stability is good and its deformation resistance is controllable, the hardness is large, and the abrasion resistance and strong impact performance are good. Therefore, wood-plastic composite materials can meet the requirements of modern home design.
