摘要 血栓性微血管病（TMA）是以微血管性溶血、血小板减少、微血管血栓形成和多器官功能损害为表现的临床综合征，常引起肾功能损害及中枢神经系统异常，主要包括血栓性血小板减少性紫癜（TTP）、溶血性尿毒综合征（HUS）等。
