摘要
针对聚乙烯和无规共聚聚丙烯塑料管材,分别收集其中的原生料、原厂回用料和外厂再生料;另用原生料按不同比例掺入原厂回用料(或外厂再生料)混炼制得塑料混融体。将如上所得样品分别在红外光谱仪上扫描得到上述几类样品的红外光谱图。通过对红外光谱数据的比较并结合一致性检验模型的方法对塑料管材中是否含有原厂回用料或外厂再生料作出鉴别。
Aiming to plastic pipe materials of polyethylene and random co-polymer of polypropylene,samples of the raw material,the recycled material from the original factory and the regenerated material from other factory were collected separately.In addition,samples of plastic blends obtained by blending the raw material with the recycled material(or the regenerated material)in various and definite ratios were prepared.Samples obtained as described above were scanned separately by a IR spectrometer to obtain their spectra.By comparing the IR spectrum data and applying the test for consistency,differentiation of recycled or reganerated plastics in plastic pipe materials was achieved.
